JUICY CHICKEN

HEHE. Det viste seg i kommentarfeltet at det er ganske mange flere 22-åringer som ikke klarer å steke saftig kylling. Så her er «oppskriften» jeg fulgte. Lykke til med stekingen!

♥ La kyllingen ligge i romteperatur i ca 30 minutter før den skal stekes.

♥ Dryss salt, pepper, kyllingkrydder eller hva du nå enn skal krydre den med.

♥ Sett platen på middels varme, og ha rikelig med olje/margarin i pannen.

♥ Stek kyllingen i 2 minutter på hver side, på middels varme. Min plate går opp til 9, så jeg brukte 4 her.

♥ Skru ned platen, og etterstek i 6-8 minutter, avhengig av tykkelsen på kyllingfilèten. Jeg stekte på nivå 3 her, og snudde kyllingen litt underveis. 

Easy as that! Det funket hvertfall for meg, haha. I dag har jeg laget verdens deiligste Cæsar-salat, mmm…

    Jeg bruker å steke den sånn at den får stekeoverflate på hver side, pakke den i folie og la den ligge i ovnen på 200 grader i 12-15 minutter. Kjempelett!

    En annen enkel mulighet som ikke har slått feil for meg er å steke kyllingen i ildfast form i stekeovnen, da blir det som regel god og saftig 🙂

    Mitt beste tips til saftig kyllingfilet: krydre kyllingen slik du vil ha den, stek den så brun på begge sider, ca to min på hver side, ganske høy varme, så legger du kyllingen på en stekeplate og putter den i forvarmet ovn(180grader) i 7 minutter.
    Kyllingen blir kjempe saftig!

    Prøv Maggi Juicy Chicken, finnes i mange forskjellige smaker, paprika er VELDIG god! 😀
    Kjempe enkelt, bare legg kyllingen i stekeposen, og den er ferdig på 30 minutter! 😉

    Hvorfor ikke gjøre det enda enklere? Skru ovnen på 225grader, legg kyllingfiletene i en ildfast form, vent 16-17 min, VOILÁ 🙂 Perfekt kylling!

    Prøvde det! Regner med at de 6-8 minuttene er på hver side. Ble bedre enn i ovnen, men skal prøve med lokk neste gang 🙂
