Typisk scenario for meg: har dårlig tid, løper ut døra for å rekke et tog. Kjenner sulten rive i magen, og sprinter innom Narvesen på togstasjonen for å kjøpe lunsj som jeg kan ha med på turen. Men alt jeg finner er muffins med sjokoladebiter, sandwich med brød hvitt som skyer og lefser.
Jeg er så oppgitt over de såkalte «lunsjhyllene» i butikkene, og det er det tydligvis flere som er. For Fjordland har bestemt seg for å gjøre noe med saken, og har lansert nye Fjordland Lunsj.
Fjordland Lunsj består av fire retter. To supper – tomatsuppe med gulrot og chili og thaisuppe med nudler, og to pastaretter – pasta med ostesaus og bacon og pasta med kjøttboller og tomatsaus.
Alle rettene består av mellom 300 og 400 gram, og er derfor perfekte som et mellomtid – også til å ha med på farten. I storefri, i pausen på jobben, på vei til trening, på vei hjem fra trening. Det er mange ganger i løpet av en dag at man egentlig burde spist noe, men ikke rekker.
Jeg har testet alle rettene, og likte dem veldig godt. Mine favoritter er definitivt pasta med kjøttboller og tomatsaus og tomatsuppe med gulrot og chili. Sistnevnte er kanskje litt sunnere, men førstnevnte var helt himmelsk å spise da jeg kom hjem fra byen forrige helg! Sunnere og mindre brannfarlig enn å sette på en pizza 🙂
Noen som har smakt disse lunsjrettene? Hvis ikke vil jeg absolutt anbefale å prøve dem som et mellommåltid. Og fra nå av kommer jeg alltid til å ha chili i tomatsuppen, enten den er Fjordland eller ei. Mmmmmm!

Lagde meg superenkel/god tomatsuppe i dag: En boks hermetiserte tomater (skallet el l) en løk og litt vann. eventuelt litt chilli og kanskje litt buljong. Eventuelt basilikumblad. Stavmixer på 5 minutter. Tipper den er mye bedre enn fjordland. Jeg fant oppskriften i Studentkokeboka, og den er min nye favoritt. (Hilste på forfatteren to ganger i dag kan jeg også nevne 🙂 )

Hvis du liker tomatsuppe og chili, så har jeg verdens enkleste oppsift på en kjempegod tomatsuppe!
Du trenger:
1 løk
1 boks hakkede tomater m/chili (Rema har)
1 ts Hvitløkspulver
1 bit kyllingbuljong
6 dl vann (eller mindre, for tykkere konsistens)
3-4 Mager wienerpølse i biter
Kutt løken og fres den i en kaserolle med litt olje. Når den er myk, tilsettes tomatene, hvitløkskrydderet og litt av buljongvannet. Stavmiks til alt er flytende, før du tilsetter resten av buljongen. Tilsett pølsebiter, og la småkoke i 8-10 min.
Enkleste, og definitivt beste suppa jeg lager!
