Helt siden jeg var i Rio for flere år siden, har jeg vært hektet på smoothies som inneholder Acai. Og som noen sikkert har fått med seg: jeg har hatt problemer med å la være å gå på Smoothie Xchage for å kjøpe smoothien som heter Coconut Crunch. Den er rett og slett så god at den kan redde enhver mørk mandagsmorgen. Jeg har alltid tenkt at den er helt umulig å lage selv, men det viste seg å være det enkleste på jord. Den inneholder nemlig bare fire ingredienser, pluss topping! Her er ingrediensene: 
♥ Kokosmelk ♥ Pasjonsfruktjuice ♥ Frossen acaipuré ♥ Isbiter
Både juicen og pureen har jeg kjøpt hos SmoothieXchange. Det står ikke framme, men det er tydeligvis bare å spørre. Ble nesten litt overrasket da jeg fikk lov til å kjøpe ingrediensene selv, hehe. Hvis noen vet om andre sjapper som selger acaipuré blir jeg veldig glad! Det er jo ikke akkurat veeldig billig å kjøpe hos SmoothieXchange, selv om det fremdeles lønner seg å lage hjemme. Jeg vil lage den hjemme først og fremst fordi jeg er en sovegris – hvis jeg skal kjøpe smoothie om morgenen må jeg ta en tidligere buss og gå en liten omvei, og det er deilig å slippe! Haha. 
Jeg droppet granolaen i går, disse to er toppet med kokosflak og gojibær. Hvis du ikke har smakt coconut crunch-smoothien før, så lover jeg deg: du kommer til å dø av lykke. Nam!

Hvor mye blander du inn av kokosmelken, juicen og acaien?
Monica: ja, ikke sant?? jeg har ikke noe mål på det, turte ikke spørre for jeg følte det er en forretningshemmelighet, hehe :p men har to never med isbiter, cirka en halv boks med kokosmelk, to «plater» acaipuree og en generøs dæsj med juicen oppi.. Hvis det var til noe hjelp 😉
Henriette: Sea breeze var min faste i starten også, men det er jo så mye godt å prøve! Hvis du bare vil ha smoothie (ikke granola på toppen) så kan du be om det også, det pleier jeg å gjøre noen ganger 🙂 Klem

De har noen andre litt billigere merker med acai pulver… alt du trenger å gjøre er å blande pulveret med litt vann og ha det i isbitformer. Da bruker du bare de terningene du trenger<3
Man kan faktisk finne den jucien der på enkelte innvanderbutikker!! Sikkert mye billigere der enn på smoothieXchange

Du kan kjøpe acaipuree i helskost/naturkost butikker. De har det ofte i de litt større butikkene som har frysedisker 🙂

Jeg har kjøpt acai-pure på Røtter i Oslo, husker ikke prisen men regner med det kanskje var billigere??
Selv foretrekker jeg «ekte» acai bowls fordi jeg har vært bortskjemt med de fra Brasil (synes å huske at du også har vært der?), og synes juicen tar bort for mye av den gode acai-smaken… Iallefall er «acai na tigela» det brasilianske navnet, hvis du vil google (og oversette) oppskrift. Det er jo så godt, tror mer av Norges befolkning har godt av å smake. Det er iallefall noe av det aller beste jeg vet!
