Siste nytt innen selvutvikling à la Wulff: Jeg har sluttet å grue meg. Eller, jeg prøver i hvertfall.
Hele livet har jeg gruet meg til både stort og smått. Alt fra å holde foredrag foran klassen, til å ringe en eller annen kundeservice. Til å legge meg, til å stå opp. Til å fly, til å regne ut tipsen når regningen kommer.
Og nå burde jeg egentlig gruet meg til i morgen. For jeg skal «endelig» til gynekologen og ta en vevsprøve. Det har jeg ventet lenge på. Ble litt surr på grunn av flytting, journaler hit og dit. Men nå, skal jeg få legge meg i satans stol og krysse tærne hardt for at jeg er frisk som en fisk. Siden jeg har ventet lenge, har det vært lang tid til å grue seg. For den egentlige meg, gruer seg med stor G. Men jeg har lært meg en teknikk som funker. Brukte den før skolestart også. Hver gang jeg begynner å grue meg, roper jeg BLABLABLA (inni meg), rister litt løs på kroppen og setter i gang med å gjøre noe. Om det så bare er å sette på en klesvask eller tømme oppvaskmaskinen. Verdens enkleste triks, men det har funket som bare det.
Så kan man heller våkne opp på selve dagen, og kaldsvette som en gris. Gråte, til og med. Men da bruker man i hvertfall bare én dag på gruing, og ikke en måned.
Som bildene tilsier, har jeg tilbragt dagen med lillesøster Penny. Hun er så snill at jeg er sikker på at enhver hundeeier ville vært enig i at det er Penny som er verdens beste hund. Hehe. I dag oppdaget jeg at hun liker å sitte i sykkelkurven også, så nå skal jeg gå til innkjøp av en pute hun kan sitte på. Sykkelbanden på tur!
Nå skal jeg tilbringe litt tid med samboeren min før han fyker avgårde for å spille fotballkamp. Selv skal jeg jobbe. Jeg liker aller best å jobbe på kvelden – fordelene med å være selvstendig næringsdrivende altså 😀

Jeg mannet meg skikkelig opp og dro meg til gynekolog for en måneds tid siden. Det var helt fantastisk! Tok alle prøver og det var overhode ikke vondt. Bare rart at noe var «oppi der». Jeg dro på Volvat da, jeg sverger til de når det gjelder sånne ting🙈 Masse lykke til, er så godt når det er overstått. Også er det flott at du snakker om det, da blir kanskje flere minnet på at man skal sjekke seg jevnlig.
Dåner av hunden forresten, den ligner sånn på min som dessverre er borte nå. Med en terrier i familien blir det aldri kjedelig<3 Jeg pleide også å ha min i sykkelkurven, det var så koselig 😀

Nå er jeg hjemme i mammapermisjon og skulle gjerne hatt en lett men fin «tut» på hodet. Glatter du det først? Er det en vanlig knyte eller bruker du en slik tjukk «smultring»?
