God mandag 🖤 Da er det slutt på å tøyse rundt i morgenkåpen, og sommerferien føles allerede som et fjernt minne. Denne uken er det tilbake til hverdagslivet for min del, jeg både gruer og gleder meg. Gleder meg fordi jeg trenger litt mer innhold, gruer meg pågrunn av skole. Jeg var jo så nær å slutte, det hadde vært en befrielse. Men så tok fornuften overhånd, som den gjerne gjør. Og det gikk såpass greit på eksamen at jeg tenker at jeg kan mestre resten. Det er jo ikke så mange fag igjen før jeg skal sitte for meg selv (beste jeg vet, haha) og skrive masteroppgaven. Og dét vet jeg at jeg klarer. Ikke at det blir noen dans på roser det heller, men det er bedre enn å holde foredrag, gjøre spontane gruppeaktiviteter, ha muntlig eksamen og alt det der som erstatter sommerfuglene i magen med flaggermus.
Her er ukens plan:
🖤 Mandag:
1 time høypuls-trening. Ønsk min støle rumpe lykke til!
Hjemmekontor
Vaske klær og rydde i garderoben, nå ryker sommerkjolene
Lage middag sammen med pappa (han skal lære meg en rett), og så skal vi spise den sammen med mamma og Gravlyset
🖤 Tirsdag
Skolestart, forelesninger hele dagen
Kjøpe pensum, nye notatbøker og tusjer
Teste et nytt treningsstudio. Det er på tide å ta med seg kunnskapen jeg har fått hos PT ut i den virkelige verden. Skrekk og gru!
🖤 Onsdag:
Skole hele dagen
Egentrening på kvelden
🖤 Torsdag:
Styrketrening med PT
Hjemmekontor
Skrive sammendrag og rydde i notatene fra første master-samling
Prøve å komme litt videre i leiligheten, få hjelp til pynteputer og gardiner der hvor det mangler
🖤 Fredag:
Shine leiligheten
Ost, kjeks og vin med girls
🖤 Lørdag:
Ingen planer, og vil heller ikke ha det. Kose meg hjemme med Gravlyset
🖤 Søndag:
Kjøre til Oslo og sjekke inn på hotell. Starter uken der med møter og ærender, før jeg skal treffe Naddis som kommer helt fra LA for å henge. Vi gikk fra å være hverdagsvenner til å nå ikke ha sett hverandre på tre år. Så det blir… Rart. Og bra!
Nå holdt jeg på å si at jeg skal på trening og gjøre opp for denne søndagslunsjen, men det ville vært en løgn. Jeg får aldri dårlig samvittighet for noe jeg spiser. Ever. Men jeg skal dra på trening for å bli i godt humør!

Når du trener såpass mye, vasker du håret etter hver treningsøkt? Hva gjør du hvis du evt. ikke vasker det? Jeg syntes det blir så fryktelig mye hårvask i perioder hvor jeg er flink til å trene, så trenger tips 🙂
Æsj, det er et evig luksusproblem! Jeg vasker håret mye mer enn jeg har lyst til, men hvis jeg ikke skal noe så prøver jeg bare å ha det i en dott. Har sluttet å bruke glattetang og bruker Dyson Airwrap i stedet, så håret ikke må lide like mye. Den både føner, krøller og glatter (ikke helt glatt) ❤️
